My two cents worth...I am thinking BOA and if so from China. Reason being that JM mentioned in his technical preso that the Chinese are closing their mines irrespective of coal or not, so local supply for ceramics is very short and running out. I also think that the Japanese BOA being first would provide additional incentive for the Chinese to sign-up, given the historical rivalry between both nations.
