Good points, but the Canadian Link is primarily to access their HPA Exclusive Manufacturing Technology!
Thus, IMO it will be HPA...& this means (a) huge "sex" appeal; (b) very high profit margins; (c) closer tie to Canadian Entity via JV or Takeover!?
