Without any evidence for the GWC in this drilling and a 42m gas column in the High Cliff sandstone, the full to spill scenario with gas down to 4,275m TVDss (which was discussed by @alexei ii and OldGeo from the beginning of the conversations in the upside thread) might now be the realistic scenario.
One should keep in mind that the pre-drill high case of 1.122 TCF of gas was based on gas over an area of 67sqkm.
The "full to spill" scenario would define a structural closure of about 108sqkm!! ...hence, we would be closer to 1.8 to 2 TCF...
And all said is still without the upside potential for oil and gas in the Dongara and Wagina sandstone...
Just to underline, how big this is: we could have the largest onshore oil and gas discovery ever in Australia...
