I got to ask…
1) why this purchase? Two operations…one in Nigeria, and one in Australia = more $$$ for operation cost.
2) how does this purchase further completing the Kogi BFS?
3) does the purchase now alter (further delay) the BFS towards seeking / acquiring more funding for both sites?
4) is this purchase intended to create a package deal with Kogi site for selling off to new ownership?
5) how come nobody else bought this new site before Kogi’s interest in it?
IMO, I think once the bfs is completed, these two sites will be setup as a package deal to sell off.
