I actually like the fact that retail holders are able to participate which sometimes doesn't happen. On 26/7 we closed at 0.41c and on 2/8 we closed at 0.66c. Since then we moved up to 0.975c as at the trading halt without any news except speculation that we would get imminent FAA approval. I can understand that to get institutional buy-in the price would need to be on a figure that valued the company on tangibles and not on possible blue sky so 0.62c seems reasonable to me; and also allows me to increase my holding by 16.6%.
Non-holders will obviously need to pay more than 0.62c to get any shares unless people are prepared to sell for less than that. Why would you if FAA approval is imminent!!!
