So why are Directors and management allowed to buy shares on market in their own companies (within stipulated windows)?
Window or no window, they are better placed than anyone to know the status of the business.
ADN buying shares in MEP on market isn’t even on anyone’s personal account.
PS. Recently STX bought shares in their JV partner WGO.
