Yeah, righto. I remember exactly the same things being said back in April. "Oh ho ho, dumb shorters in the hole by 80 million shares, they will burn, haha". And look how that all turned out. I wouldn't mind being as "dumb as wood" with all the cash they walked off with mid-year.
Theloft's thesis about the second wave shorters taking a gamble on China risk, financial issues, further delays, etc. was valid but I didn't fully buy it. These leeches generally know something. They have eyes and ears in places where they're not supposed to have eyes and ears. Still a lot to be revealed yet but I don't think them being 52m short on ADN and MEP being up 35% in the last month is coincidental.
