Yep agree 100% about the BFS and was posting this a while ago on MEP. It was my opinion saying ADN should offer 1 for 1 and hand over all non Halloysite holdings to spin off into a new company. Since then MEP did a deal to tie up some great ground in Nth QLD and did it all in script. From this point I saw MEP staying as is while recieving script ADN exposure. Imo MEP will be raising $ to fund exploration activities rather than a 25% interest in a plant or the NNT JV.
Imo ADN will cherry pick what they want then offer 1.5 ADN for 1 MEP and hand over other non core holdings.
