It's a change of control for the entity. If you are correct, they spin the other assets out into a new vehicle. Minotaur did this previously with Prominent Hill to Oxiana (Oz) - full takeover and concurrent spin of the other assets (effectively MNR to MEP). There's a spin would include the ADN non GW/HK assets too and get Woskett to do the leg work whilst JM focuses on GW. The great corporate dealers Grivas & Shearer may have something to do but not at $400 an hour extra consulting fees
