The only reason I say this is because I know ADN are trying to offload non core assets not associated with Kaolin projects.
Makes no sense to buy an "explorer" outright when we are trying to divest our current JV's with the explorers we have.
My guess ADN's explorer JV's will be part of the deal.
If we buy out the 25% MEP JV that is a "Change of control" also as ADN will be 100%.
