Big arb for sure, but ADN probably want a clean deal, with MEP BOD recommending the proposal to their shareholders.
Last thing ADN would need or want right now, with so much pending, is to get bogged down in corporate argy bargy.
Anyhow, we’ll know in less than 48 hours from now.
