I have read all these posts and other aspects and all I can see is ADN taking 100% control of Great White, offloading all non core assets over to MEP with a mid tier cash consideration and no shares crossing over. Even a straight out 1.1 is too much imo as it is basically giving MEP a share of all our 100% owned tenements, I would have actually been happy to see the JV continue and force MEP into paying their share of funding then see what transpired after that.
