Mixed feelings. A take over or controlling bid could come a bit too soon. I would have loved for the stock to go up a bid more. It is like my Neo Lithium stocks. Made a huge gain but it could have been much higher if they had waited a one or two years for a take over.
However, if it is just a controlling stake by Tesla (lot's of speculations Tesla will takeover a miner) it would be amazing and it should mean we get a nice premium. ESS is perfect for Tesla, there is a nice deposit but undeveloped so they can learn and assist to fast track it.
