As i stated this CAPEX estimate is/was meaningless without timelines just like it was in 2014 as the company refers to, its an attempt to raise cash which has backfired.
Bad news with the CAPEX estimate and a CR on the cards could see SP down around 1c...
Also company should give clarity on the approvals extension as "considers" doesn't cut the mustard.
