Looks like a placement to an institutional investor. If they are happy to put in so much money right before the permits are granted, I think it shows that a) we are betting on the right horse and b) the project has through this gained even more credibility and will be taken more seriously by the court etc. The board will not have given shares away lightly so close before things will get really interesting here.
@timmsy: in that regard I don't even want retail or SPP included in the deal. buy on market
