yes if you assume that management can't walk and chew gum at the same time - which I think is clearly the case
LAZY is an understatement ... and drug with clear pathway to the sorts of revenues we are talking about can easily get strategic, including distribution partners to help fund without diluting at current share prices ... BOARD take the lowest risk and just ignore long standing and long suffering shareholders to keep their own jobs safe instead of backing themselves, which kind of says it all.
