You can still cxl ,amend or enter orders while in TH. It comes at a risk that if you can't access platform you may be stuck with order as at any point TH can be lifted
A trap for people who don't keep an eye on orders and use online brokers as without purge orders remain and will be filled.
A company can request ASX and ASX can take action to purge at any point but not mandatory
