This is actually an excellent result considering we have been bouncing around 1 cent for the last 6 months and the current risk aversion to the low end of the equity markets.
Hopefully the cornerstone investor is an industry recognized name. A $2m investment translates to a substantial holding (>5%) so at least we will know who the investor is within 2 days after the event.
