First my comment to the CR:
I very much hope that the timing of the CR will be explained properly and comprehensibly. In addition, there is also a new entry in the investor hub (see below). Personally, I find the timing inappropriate in that we had just survived the fact that a major investor had depressed the share price for months by saying goodbye. Now a new major investor is allowed to buy cheaply without the price rising.Of course, they probably need the money. But the timing is very frustrating...

At Parkway we value the support of all our shareholders. The company has not raised any capital since January 2021, a time when the company was a lot smaller and earlier in its growth journey.

As a small but fast-growing company, the company needs to continue to invest in growing the team, plant & equipment (to support in house testing and fabrication capabilities) and various growth related initiatives. These initiatives require capital, which explains why the company has decided to raise capital at this time.
