sure- that is logical and could also work.
Prefer an outright asset sale of course - and a capital return element (rather selfishly)- but we'd leave a fair chunk of potential unrealised asset value on the table- which is of course, how it works. The purchaser has the greater risk going forward.
Partnering would mean no more CRs from us, but a % deduction of course in our asset ownership - but the total asset value increases presumably.
Instant gratification or delayed gratification on Grandis.
