From what I understand, QMR is merely pre-selling gold futures, ie the 5% is not coming from QMR its coming from investors to QMR.
No doubt It could have an impact on QMR and the Facility, but my guess is that it will have minimal impact.
If QMR was not able to deliver future off-take payments, then BEZ will probably need to go the traditional path of raising capital.
