Is DIMERS above the EPA, who in the first instance DIMERS referred BNR application to for its environmental concerns it had, and after EPA intensively investigating and finding no issues, DIMERS still not content with EPA's findings still made its own decision to deny the application.

BNR exploration clearing footprint is only 2.3 hectares in size.

Why did DIMERS ignore EPA findings?

Which Govt body is publicly funded and setup to know environmental damages, impacts and concerns better, EPA or DIMERS?

Is DIMERS above and able to override WA Govt's own public statements and policy for lithium recognized as a critical mineral that other world Govt's provide assistance to their the private sectors to develop and not using their public funded taxes to block.

Roger Cook and WA Govt really need to take a close look at DIMERS internal operations and how DIMERS is, or can better value add their existence from peoples paid taxes.

It had always been WA resources, exports and policies that carried the majority and made Aust so much $$ that unfortunately is dramatically changing and in jeopardy.
