    Maybe the results aren't that great... a CR will give future investors reason to question the notion that the SP fell due to the results, i.e. it fell because of the CR.

    In any case, have been awaiting this announcement and wasn't expecting a CR given their cash position, and certainly not before or simultaneously with results.
