the last 2 cap raises have both had been followed by strong growth in share price - the SP ran to $2.70 after the last CR, where it got way ahead of itself. DRO need product on hand to fulfil large orders quickly and there is a 3 month lead time in critical components so they significant cash on hand to deal with timing difference between component purchases and sale of inventory.
Not thrilled by another CR - but I expect it will be on the back of a significant order or need to build a few production facility overseas.
