Well, what if we assume that management isnt actually completely incompetent just for the purpose of trying to understand the decision.
What would be a good reason to do this? Potentially a clandestine type of merger/buyout.
No matter what there is not a popsicles chance in hell they would be able to achieve this, considering how close to the last raise we are, with what we know.
There must be something else on the table now, in fact I have absolutely no doubt.
