looks like they've been "talking" for a while.
the "timing" of the announcement of the deal (less than 24 hrs) tells me they've previously nutted out the details.
seems whoever is coming into this will be getting it cheap - i.e. before the scoping study (using $AUD3,000/oz gold) comes out. can sense some smoke and mirrors around this - negative narrative re board by some posters here makes me wonder if we will get the best deal for SH.
I got into this after talking to Turner at a conference. down 65% so far. expensive chat.
