1. You don’t vote for it if it’s not favourable deal to holders
2. if it’s not favourable deal, you can get together as retail to demand it goes to a vote
3. surely kai holders are capable as tyx holders, where tyx holders rejected mates rates offer
odds of good deal is zero with Coulson Lewis Calderwood imo
