The death & disaster prophets are quick out of the blocks this morning. Maybe let's wait until we see the details.
Such details include
1. Price of new shares (obviously) and amount to be raised (ie does this get ADN to production?).
2. Is the CR fully underwritten (and by whom).
3. Are all Directors participating (and how much - not just token amounts of $10k please!!!)
4. Is there a cornerstone investor involved (how much and who are they?
If all the above happen in a positive manner the share price could go north of 2 cents. If not...hard to tell. The devil will be in the detail.
