Let's face it, a CR at this juncture was always going to happen and should be the final one.

And Im sure any potential debt funder would want this out of the way before they set final terms.
I wonder if we as shareholders will be given the opportunity to participate in this?

Threfore, IMO, we a nearing the final hurdle of a debt facilty announcement coming our way at which point we will have cleared the CR and will finally understand what the final share register numbers will be moving forward and we can all set our new future price targets from that.

Interstingly, it seems pretty evident to me that whomever our potential debt funder is, they have made pursuing the HPA path again, a pre requisite. Big dollars there, and I believe even govt funding has been accessable for others in the past to get HPA going...

Prices might get ugly if its a heavy discount, but this could be a great time to top up... either way, if production is planned for October 2025 then we still have plenty of time to DCA or accumulate, knowing there shouldn't be any more suprises...just production hitting name plate etc.

It is what it is, and potentially the final brick being laid on our launchpad toward production and success....
