Not unexpected but as always, I will wait and see what the announcement and the terms of the raise are before forming a conclusion. Nobody here knows and all opinions are based on personal assumptions.
Best case scenario is a raise for first phase of capital that includes cornerstones and/or funding partner. Worst case is a straight lights-and-wages raise that does not mention funding and would likely come at a heavy cost.
