Yes, I was scaled back as well, so the CR definitely, and easily, oversubscribed. $5m about to be banked.
Together with $4m cash this now gives ADN a $9m moat (plus oversubscriptions).
This now puts ADN in a much better position re financing discussions.
I will be slightly curious to see any changes to Top 20 s/holders. Any new entrants with links to HPA will be greeted with rocket ships on Hot/C.
