I can understand why management have made these decisions, as it sets up the company heading into the future and their growth projects..

However, I am slightly disappointed in the pricing.. Why average the price over 3 months, why not the last month??

My thoughts were an issue price of 35cents and the Chinese should have paid a premium over 39.5c, say a minimum of 50/60cents.. That would have been a better endorsement of PNA from Gram..
