This is an excellent announcement and absolutely crucial as a step towards taking the company to a much higher level.
It was vital for the M.D to be properly supported by experienced and talented executives with a clear mission to grow the company and recruiting these guys is a masterstroke in my opinion. They bring a tremendous amount of skills and contacts to the table including putting us into a position to cement the relationship with the U.S Department of Defence which will boost the probability of resultant multiple contracts with them.
It is also clear that the ACV will resume its upwards march again, thank goodness. IMO, contrary to some posters here, it is the perfect time for rapid growth in this sector and to that end, I want to see more recruitment of tech staff. Key clients have generally required tailor made solutions which has necessitated virtually imbedding Pointerra staff into their operations. At the same time, the software has been incorporating a broad array of the latest functionality such as a.i. and this creates a large load on to our boffins.
Now has to be our time to shine. The window for achieving a level of market leadership and capitalising on this opportunity is still just open so we need to move quickly. The payoff for becoming the preeminent provider is potentially massive. As shareholders, we are in the right space at the right time.
