Just returned from a trip to the Gold Coast to enquire about the new apartments. There's a further 2 towers to be built and another 3 towers on hold for now. One of those towers will be residential only. All of the towers are well connected to Star Grand/Casino. Plenty of patrons on site spending money. The Darling is a great place to stay!
Offers/promotions from all 3 Casinos come through regularly and are evenly spread throughout the week.
No restrictions on cashing out of electronic gaming machines like Crown Casino. People will end up taking more money with them to Crown to account for the new cashout rules. Any payments over $1000 must be paid by cheque so members will end up taking backup money with them. I don't see how this will help problem gamblers.
