I was thinking about this. Guidance this year is $33m-$36m of EBITDA). So add $6.5m for this acquisition. Vistro closed in November ($4m EBITDA, so halve that as it was included in guidance this year). So take the mid point of guidance this year ($34.5m) the EBITDA starting point next year pre organic growth is $43m EBITDA.
