UPDATE ON ASX and PNGX LISTINGS
The board of directors of Niuminco Group Limited (‘’NIU’’, the “Company”, ‘’Niuminco’’ has today resolved to move the Company’s primary exchange listing from ASX Limited (ASX) to PNGX Markets Limited (PNGX) effective immediately.
PNGX Markets Limited have confirmed this arrangement. Niuminco’s shares will be reinstated for trading on PNGX as soon as practicable after 26 February 2021 NIU will be removed from the ASX Official List on or before 26 February 2021.
