I don't give a rats about being delisted. Changes nothing. My main concern is locking in the litigation funding. Management sound positive and given AVZs rock solid legal case and the size of the prize I expect it to happen. With litigation funding in place, its a matter of time. AVZ will eventually win the legal battle - large $ damages or a mining license. Or Zijin will buy us out (my preferred option as building and operating a mine in the midst of the corruption of the DRC/Chinese has zero appeal). Obviously it could drag on for a few more years. Patience is required and best to ignore the crap on HC. Thoughts go to those who have lost money and access to it.
