LOL. I don't mind whatever he said. Just give him some credit of writing up so many words and I took it as a balancing viewpoint. However, you are right, this time his comments make no sense to me at all.
APPEN train customer data via paid cases. I know they paid $80 to a helper per training case - just to show face and speak something. This is very costly. When we look at business for example DIDI in China, they harvest behemoth data of such. With 30 million rides per day, their data pool is no comparison to APPEN and free of cost. All other shared riding business or even taxi companies could harvest such data in the same free way. Where is the competitiveness of APPEN? That's why I think if APPEN don't find a new business model, new technology or service to offer, they are heading for the inevitable. Unfortunately, so far we see nothing on this front.
