Shows you that one had better check one's move before plunging into something because of FOMO or baseless assumptions. So when the WKT presents to the market on 17.Sept in an update announcement that things are progressing, but could take a number of weeks to complete, then that sends a clear message as in, don't take the plunge yet. Not in a big way anyway!
Despite the announcement being on 17.September, leading up to announcement volume increased above average on 13.September with a slight SP increased. On 16.September from the get go volume and SP increase dramatically, foreshadowing the announcement to arrive the next day. This is simply confirming that announcements (good or bad) are identifiable before they are released to the market. The reaction by the market is a different story though, but shorting from the low IMO certainly was a no no!
