Just match the 45c high with the first high in the graphic, then the drop in SP, looks almost like a carbon copy of the drop in the graphic. As mentioned before the only question is what the SP will be just before funding is announced and how the market will react to the funding deal.
If it is anything like names little alerted to, SP could get another hit to the downside, something like a selling climax as suggested by Wyckoff, whom Cabbie is a big fan of and who’s trading ideas he rightly or wrongly is following.
