The pipeline has recently all been about SubB2M & EXO-NET development so this news shouldn't come as any surprise to the market. I am of the opinion focusing company resources on these technologies is prudent to conserve cash and focus on getting products out to market asap. As far as legal case .. just kicking the can down the road which lawyers love to do and with mounting legal costs on both sides something will probably give before Feb 23 IMO. As far as I can tell ex directors case is not too strong & based on fairytale assumptions and hearsay.
