This is good, 5 submissions are requsts for extensions of time, and this could easily be dismissed. Requests for extensions do not have to be granted unless good reasons are provided. I strongly doubt any good reasons have been. Needing more time is not a good reason as in this case it would prejudice Talga.
Frankly, Talga & share holders have been beyond patient. If this project is held up without very good reason, it will not bode well for other projects. The EU goal of having 10% graphite produced in the EU goes away with this project.
Only 1 appeal has been submitted in the time frame. I wonder if it is a rehash of the old objections.
I look forward to updates regarding the appeals process.
