Excuse my ignorance (maybe more just lack of knowledge) but to my knowledge the company has not addressed what they are planning on doing with the shares that they bought back (during the share buyback).

Typically the shares would be cancelled so there are less on issue but they haven't done this (I am reasonably sure).

If they had cancelled the shares it would mean a marginally better price for holders during the buyout.

They have no upcoming expenditures except for the glaringly obvious class actions. I haven't joined or even looked to join either out of a matter of principal. But it just strikes me as kind of shady that they would be holding onto our money in the form of bought back shares to cover the class actions and not have addressed it.
