You do wonder if someone walked in the door with enough cash to take control and capitalize on what has been achieved to date...
- What would they need to spend?
- What has been achieved to date that's worth while? I am thinking Petroleum Licenses, Underground Burning test, Generators sitting doing nothing, various state government agreements - I mean they have been slow but haven't done nothing.
- With a clean slate (i.e. total control) what would they do with it?
For the above to be true (it's worth taking over) - the assumption is that they have had poor leadership and that has been the main impediment to progress.
Is that true?
If you bought all the shares - and started again with a clean share register and far less shares on issue - what would you need to spend?
By the way I think the China deal is just a distraction - they're having their brains picked.
Just a thought.
-----------
Just some mad thoughts - don't make investment decisions on these speculative rantings
