Spot on shadow, and what's more, if there's a solvency issue, the auditors will need to mark it on the audit report for the half yearly as a Going Concern risk. I suspect that's where our next hiccup lies, how the auditors are going to word their report, and the adverse effect that will have on the SP...... <sigh>
