Agreed with goldreverre that they probably grossly underestimated the costs of the production facility (or their operating costs).
Also agree that it doesn't give the best look that there are no timelins or rough estimates or allocations for each of the projects (i.e. $12 mill for oatmilk production facility, $4 mill for operating costs etc).
