Logistical Nightmare!!!!..........Maybe you need to go and speak with De Beers, Anglo and the other mining companies that are already operating there, I'm sure they will be thankful for what you have to say..... because lets face it compared to your understanding of their operations these billion dollar miners really don't know what they are doing. .
