No. Raising capital isn't revenue. Edison's report is just too optimistic about how much saleable material will be produced with commissioning.
As to your earlier point, the plant will start production when it is being commissioned, but yes it was never going to to be in commercial production in 2021 with construction starting in 2020.
The offtake agreement won't accelerate that, either. 2022 is best case
