Just out of interest, how did you come to the conclusion Mike advised "Mike Confirmed yesterday Gemcorps DD is complete"
When the Tweet he provided stated
"Most of the Gemcorp due diligence on #LindiJumbo #graphite mine has been completed. In process are tax, legal & environmental due diligence which needed to be done in country after the transaction had been made public. Technical, financial & marketing due diligence was complete."
The Tweet clearly states Gemcorp's DD is ongoing.
What I find pretty amazing, it has taken Gemcorp around 1 month to arrive in site after they had already completed the Technical, Financial and Marketing DD prior to the offer announced to the ASX.
Anyway, I am keen to see the finer details of Gemcorps offer when they have completed their DD.

It appears their average return in Africa last year was 15%. Which is very close to what others have calculated from the original ASX announcement.
