Happy to be wrong but don’t see why a CR Is needed for those aspects of the project. NMT has more than enough cash at hand to cover those. Maybe they do it for the equity contribution for debt drawdown but even then do they need to? It would be a deviation from their stated aim of derisking projects. Let’s wait and see if an equity partner is brought in to the fold for a Mt Marion style free carry.
